San Sebastián’s Hideaway is clean with a touch of old charm and modern finishes. Kick back and enjoy the open floor plan that’s great for entertaining. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the patio or enjoy your downtime around the gas fire pit in the back yard. We are conveniently located in the West King District is less than 1.5 miles from the historic downtown district of St. Augustine. Guests are a short walk to a variety of local establishments, and a quick drive to St. Augustine beach.

No Parties of ANY kind or organized events are allowed at our house. The maximum number of registered guests allowed on property is 8 people by city code. You are not permitted to exceed this number of registered guests in the home at anytime, there maybe some exceptions but you must contact us prior to booking for consideration and receive written consent in advance. Violators of this rule are subject to reservation cancellation, immediate removal from property, and could incur additional charges, fees and Airbnb related disciplinary penalties. Guest are prohibited from parking on neighborhood streets by city code, as our neighborhood roads are very narrow. So guest must park in our drive way or the gravel area next to the garage. Our property can accommodate a maximum of 3 regular sized vehicles Anymore than this is not permitted without written expressed consent from the property owner. The cost per night varies based on the total number of registered guests and pets on your reservation. As a result, only registered guests and pets are permitted to staying overnight on property up to the listed maximum of 8. If the number of your party increases after booking, you must contact the owners to update your reservation, which may require additional charges. Violators of this rule are subject to additional fees and reporting to Airbnb for additional member penalties. Our $200 dollar pet fee permits 1 large breed dog up to 90 lbs or 2 small breed dogs up to 45lbs each on property per stay, any additional pets beyond that would have to be approved prior to booking and are subject to additional fees for accommodation. During your stay we ask that pets are kept off of all furniture and bedding. We also ask that you bag and dispose of all pet waste outside, and be advised that guests are subject to additional fees if property damage is caused by your pet(s) during your stay.

Dogs are welcome under our listed pet fee, we permit 1 dog up to 90lbs or 2 smaller size dogs up to 45lbs each during your stay. Anything outside of this needs to be approved prior to booking. We do require that you keep pets off of all furniture and beds. Please be sure to pick up, bag and dispose of all pet waste outside. Please be advised that you may also be subject to additional fees as a result of any damage that requires repairs or soiling that requiring an extensive deep cleaning as a result of your pet(s).

Location location! You are staying amongst the locals just a stone's throw away from the tourist district in an established St. Augustine neighborhood, that is safe, diverse, up-and-coming, and currently experiencing a revitalization. You and your guest can get some fresh air and take a 12 min morning walk to W King Street for Cuban coffee and an amazing breakfast at a local hidden gem called Buena Onda Cafe. Also close by on W King Street are highly rated local favorites Bog Brewing Company & Tap Room, along with Muggsy's sports bar. There is also a commercial lot on W King Street east of these establishments that are known to host farmers' markets and occasional food truck nights. San Sebastian's Hideaway is also conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles west of the historic downtown tourist district which is a 3-6 minute Uber/Lyft ride away, and 6.6 miles from St. Augustine Beach which is a 15 min car ride away.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hosts went above and beyond for my family and me, especially on very short notice after our original property had an issue on our first night. The house itself is beautiful—immaculate, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The amenities are on point; everything was exactly what you could hope for and need when you’re away from home, which was especially important for us because we were traveling with my elderly mother. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail felt thoughtful and well‑planned. Communication with the hosts was fast, kind, and reassuring throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for and would return in a heartbeat—highly, highly recommended.

Great stay. Starter amenities is a plus (coffee station, soaps, snacks, water). Quiet neighborhood. The game room was a hit. Host is A+++! Everything about the house is very functional. We enjoyed early morning backyard coffee, and dinners with the BBQ grill.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The extra touches of snacks, water and coffee was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed sitting out by the gas fireplace at night. There was nothing that we needed that we didn't have. Very easy to get into the heart of St. Augustine. We took an Uber 1 night ($10) just to avoid parking during the Nights of Lights. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just a short uber drive to downtown St. Augustine, great restaurants, and historic sites. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in easy and the whole experience stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We are so happy with our choice of properties. James was great at communicating and anticipating our needs, the home was accommodating with fully stocked cooking supplies and complimentary snacks, and the game room was great for our kids especially during afternoon thunderstorms. The home is away from the traffic and noise of downtown but a bike ride from local gems like the Blue Hen and Bog Brewing.

This 3-bedroom house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! It was stunning and beautifully appointed, exceeding our expectations. The game room was a huge hit, providing endless entertainment. Evenings were enjoyed around the fire pit for s'mores and stories, and the grill was perfect for barbecues. The house offered everything needed, and the amenities matched the description. The stay was wonderful, and the property is recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and fun family retreat!

The house was immaculate , grounds well cared for , amenities all 💯 and distance and location to all attractions were perfect. Host very responsive and friendly. Our family especially enjoyed the back yard fire pit and coffee on front porch Sunday when the temp finally hit 70 lol We will definitely be back ! And this will hopefully be available and out go to spot ! We have shared this with our family and friends.

Find us

Our property can accommodate parking for up to 3 midsize vehicles. Street parking in our neighborhood is also permitted but very limited. When looking to get around for site seeing or a night out near the downtown district, we prefer to leave our vehicle at home and take Uber or Lyft for a quick 3-5 min car ride/drop off to visit our favorite establishments in the downtown district of St. Augustine. St. Augustine Beach is also approximately a 15-minute car drive/Lyft ride away from our home.
