No Parties of ANY kind or organized events are allowed at our house. The maximum number of registered guests allowed on property is 8 people by city code. You are not permitted to exceed this number of registered guests in the home at anytime, there maybe some exceptions but you must contact us prior to booking for consideration and receive written consent in advance. Violators of this rule are subject to reservation cancellation, immediate removal from property, and could incur additional charges, fees and Airbnb related disciplinary penalties. Guest are prohibited from parking on neighborhood streets by city code, as our neighborhood roads are very narrow. So guest must park in our drive way or the gravel area next to the garage. Our property can accommodate a maximum of 3 regular sized vehicles Anymore than this is not permitted without written expressed consent from the property owner. The cost per night varies based on the total number of registered guests and pets on your reservation. As a result, only registered guests and pets are permitted to staying overnight on property up to the listed maximum of 8. If the number of your party increases after booking, you must contact the owners to update your reservation, which may require additional charges. Violators of this rule are subject to additional fees and reporting to Airbnb for additional member penalties. Our $200 dollar pet fee permits 1 large breed dog up to 90 lbs or 2 small breed dogs up to 45lbs each on property per stay, any additional pets beyond that would have to be approved prior to booking and are subject to additional fees for accommodation. During your stay we ask that pets are kept off of all furniture and bedding. We also ask that you bag and dispose of all pet waste outside, and be advised that guests are subject to additional fees if property damage is caused by your pet(s) during your stay.
